Hello there!
As a woman who has had a fuller bust for the majority of my life. Which became even more prominent after I had my two children. I always struggled to find clothes that flattered my body shape and fuller bust. I also faced challenges. Shirts would gape or clothes would make me look top heavy and bulky.
But once I qualified as a Personal Stylist, I became familiar with what styles suited my body shape. I was able to choose clothes and outfits tailored to my larger bust. And I want to help you too on your style journey!
With that being said, I wanted to start a mini styling series. This is designed to assist other fuller chested women like myself who struggle to find outfits that fit. I want to help you feel good when embracing your assets!
So what better way to kick off the series with dressing for the Party Season!
If you’re tired of trawling online for the perfect party-ready outfit, you’re in luck! I take out all the guess work for you. Read on to find out my tips and tricks as well clickable links. Just click the pictures below to shop.
Necklines
Necklines are one of most important things to look for when choosing your outfit. V neck, scoop and cowl necklines, are all excellent examples. As it takes the attention away from the fuller part of your body.
Avoid wearing high necklines such as roll or crew necks, as they can make your top look more bulky.

Dresses and jumpsuits
Wrap dresses are universally flattering. As they can nip in at the waist which can emphasize on your curves. A line dresses are also great as they kick out towards the bottom, it balances out your top half.
If dresses are not your thing, try a jumpsuit. I personally love them, as they can be very comfortable.
Avoid embellishments or busy patterns around the bust area, as this can cause unnecessary volume.

bottoms
Just as A line dresses will balance out proportions, so will wide leg and flared trousers. This will help to distribute the volume evenly.

coats and blazers
Go for coats and blazers that can button comfortably over your bust. Opt for single breasted over double. I find double breasted can make you look more wider than you are.
When choosing single breasted blazers, go for ones with a slight cinched in waist so not to look too boxy.
Don’t shy away from faux fur coats, they can look ultra luxe. However, go for longer lengths rather than shorter ones.

Accessories
And finally accessories! Which in my opinion can really set the tone for the perfect outfit. Long necklaces are amazing to create a vertical line downwards elongating your upper body.
Try to avoid chunky or short necklaces that sit on your chest. Belts are also a great staple to help break up your silhouette.

So there you have it, my hacks and ideas for styling the bigger bust this party season. I hope you have found this helpful. If you did, I hope you stick around for more styling advice in this mini series.
But remember, wear your fuller bust with pride. Nothing is more sexier than confidence!
